Tier lists translate The Portal’s opaque numbers into actionable rankings. Because the game progresses slowly and Job Change deletes moves, picking strong race-class pairings early saves weeks of regret. This hub links three complementary lists—classes, races, and combined synergies—each updated after major patches on Updates hub.
Tier lists here reflect launch meta (v1.0) for the released Roblox MMORPG by The Box of Trolls Studio. Rankings consider Combat Points scaling, stat alignment (STR, VIT, INT, WIS), and solo vs party performance—not cosmetic favoritism.
How we tier
| Tier | Meaning |

| S | Best in slot for role; excels with minimal investment |
| A | Strong; viable for all content with normal CP grind |
| B | Playable; needs synergy or party support |
| C | Niche or outclassed until balance patches |
We do not tier unreleased classes or speculative races. Odds for 10% rare outcomes (Corrupted Human, High Elf, etc.) do not change tier letter—they change value when rolled.

Ranks Warrior, Defender, Enchanter, and Cleric for solo clear, party utility, and CP efficiency. Start here if you already locked a race.
Race tier list
Covers Milk (Human / Corrupted Human), Meat (Cat / Wolf / Fox), Mushroom (Elf / High Elf) families.
Race and class pairings
The most important list for min-maxers. Combines racial passives with class stat priorities. Pair with Race-class picker tool.
Using tier lists responsibly
Tier lists assume average CP from gear, skills, achievements, and codex—see Combat Points guide. Under-geared S-tier feels worse than well-geared B-tier.
Roleplay and aesthetics legitimately override tiers. High Elf Enchanter at A tier still delights Mushroom fans who hit the 10% roll.
When rankings change
Balance patches in Release v1 and future updates may bump Enchanter AoE or Defender mitigation. Revisit this hub after patch notes mention class kits or racial passives.
Before you reroll
